In its early years, the company used traditional Swiss-type machines and cutting machines to produce connectors and handles.

However, in order to enhance its technological capabilities and produce products that better meet customer demands, the company began gradually replacing its production equipment with precision CNC automatic lathes imported from Japan, including Nomura and Tsugami machines, starting in 1993. Currently, the facility houses a total of 62 such machines.

In addition to its advanced production equipment, Yuan Kuen Jyi is committed to research and development in various materials, including stainless steel, iron, aluminum, plastic steel, copper, Teflon, non-ferrous special steel, and complex metal, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical expertise.
