About us

Yuan Kuen Jyi Industry Co., Ltd.(YKJ)and its related company Kuen Jyi Precision Industry Co., Ltd. were established in 1991. From the beginning of 1 set Nomura Swiss Type CNC Lathe, we have developed to 62 machines nowadays and also 18 sets of inspection equipment. In the past 30 years, YKJ has adhered to a consistent strict attitude and fully complied with TQM quality inspection, ISO9001:2015, and CNS12681.

YKJ’s dedication and persistence have not only established a good reputation in the industry, but also won recognition and praise from many major manufacturers. Our quality is absolutely trustworthy.

Our first factory was completed in 2012, covering an area of more than 1,700 square meters. The second factory was completed in 2022. The factory environment is spacious and clean. We use the latest machines from Nomura and Tsugami to provide customers with complete and high-level services.

Yuan Kuen Jyi Service

The processing materials that YKJ can produce include steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and plastic steel. The processing diameter can range from 2mm. to 42mm, which can meet the various size needs of customers.

In order to maintain strict quality, we invest in various precision measuring equipment to check the pieces, including projectors, 2D semi-projectors, surface roughness machines, laser deflection meters, internal/external diameters centicalibur, caliper, depth/height gauges, pin/plug/ring gauges and Keyence multisensor measurement system to provide stable and accurate inspection to ensure product quality at all stages of the process.
